These terms govern your use of Must-Ring: Alarm Reminders (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.

What the App does

The App schedules alarms for the times and events you choose using Apple’s AlarmKit. Whether an alarm rings depends on your device, its settings, and the operating system. The App does not guarantee that an alarm will ring in every situation, and it is not a substitute for medical, safety, or other critical alerting systems.

Calendar

When you grant calendar access, the App reads your events to help you create alarms and view on-device insights. The App does not change your calendar. Keep your own records for anything important.

Must-Ring Pro

Must-Ring Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features available for this App. A Founding Offer and a Standard product each unlock the same Pro features; owning either grants Pro. Purchases and restores are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, distribute modified copies, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

The App works with Apple’s AlarmKit, EventKit calendar data on your device, and Apple’s purchase services. Those services have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed event or alarm, arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms when the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
