Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Must-Ring: Alarm Reminders (the “App”) handles information. In short: your alarms, notes, and calendar data stay on your device. The App uses privacy-preserving, anonymous analytics to understand how features are used, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

Data stays on your device

The alarms, categories, notes, and settings you create are stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account, and it does not upload this information to us or to any third party.

Calendar access

If you grant calendar access, the App reads your calendar events only on your device — to let you turn an event into a must-ring alarm and to show on-device insights such as your busiest days and times. The App reads calendars; it never creates, edits, or deletes your calendar events, and it never sends your events, event titles, or calendar names off the device.

Alarms and notifications

The App uses Apple’s AlarmKit to schedule alarms that ring at the times you choose. Alarm scheduling is handled by the operating system on your device. No alarm data is sent to us.

Analytics

The App uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated product-usage signals — for example that a screen was viewed, a button was tapped, or that an alarm was scheduled successfully. These signals help us understand which features are useful and where the App can be improved.

This analytics data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. It never includes your alarm titles or notes, your calendar names or event details, the specific dates or times of your alarms, your purchase receipts or transaction identifiers, your precise location, your contacts, or any advertising identifier. TelemetryDeck does not use a device or advertising ID; it derives an anonymous, non-reversible value that cannot be used to identify you. The App contains no third-party advertising software.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the App with purchase entitlement information needed to unlock or restore Must-Ring Pro.

Support

If you contact support, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your request.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your calendar activity, alarms, or settings with advertisers or data brokers.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
