These terms govern your use of Dark Mode Fix for Safari (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.

What the App does

The App changes website appearance in Safari. Websites can change without notice, and some pages may not render as expected. The App does not promise compatibility with every website.

Lifetime Pro

Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the Pro features available for this App. Purchases and restores are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, distribute modified copies, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

The App works with Safari, websites you visit, Apple’s purchase services, and TelemetryDeck analytics. Those services have their own terms and policies. Dark Mode Fix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Safari extension competitors or the websites it modifies.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms when the App changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
