Privacy Policy
Effective June 23, 2026
This policy explains how Dark Mode Fix for Safari (the “App”) handles information.
Website content
The Safari extension changes page colors on your device. It does not collect or send your browsing history, website addresses, page content, form input, cookies, authentication tokens, screenshots, or saved site rules.
Settings
Your themes, display settings, purchase entitlement cache, and per-site rules are stored locally in the App’s shared container so the App and extension can use the same settings.
Usage analytics
The App uses TelemetryDeck to measure basic product events such as App launches, setup actions, dark mode toggles, theme selections, paywall views, purchase outcomes, and error categories. These events may include general technical information such as App version and operating system version.
Analytics events do not include website addresses or host names, page titles or content, user input, cookies, tokens, receipts, transaction identifiers, or support messages. TelemetryDeck processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide the App with purchase entitlement information needed to unlock or restore Lifetime Pro.
Support
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your request.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We do not share website content or browsing activity with advertisers or data brokers.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when the App or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
