TERMS OF USE
Use RideCue as a passenger.
Acceptance
By using RideCue, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable terms for apps distributed through the App Store.
Passenger safety
RideCue is for passengers only. Do not use or adjust it while driving or operating a vehicle. Stop using the visual cues if they distract you or make you feel worse. Follow local laws and the instructions of transport operators.
Not medical care
RideCue provides optional visual references. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat motion sickness, and does not guarantee relief. Results vary. Seek qualified medical advice for persistent or severe symptoms.
Free session and Pro
RideCue includes a one-time three-minute in-app free session. This free session does not begin a subscription. Pro may be offered as a weekly auto-renewing subscription or a lifetime non-consumable purchase. Prices shown by the App Store at purchase time control.
A weekly subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases is available in RideCue.
Availability
Features may depend on compatible Apple hardware, system services, and motion-sensor availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse RideCue, attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it in a way that creates danger or violates law.
Disclaimer and liability
RideCue is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular health outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of RideCue. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
